Ingredients:
Trader Joe's Organic White Rice
Chicken Thighs
1 yellow pepper
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1/2 Onion
1 jar of Trader Joe's Organic Harvest Pumpkin sauce
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Pepper
And a sprinkle of Spicy Old Bay
Prep
Empty Jar of Trader Joe's Organic Harvest Pumpkin.
Add Chicken
Add chopped onion, peppers
Add in spices
Let simmer on low for 2-3 hours. Last hour being up to high and store occasionally.
Serve over Trader Joe's Organic White Rice
Add a sprinkle of Parmesan and ENJOY!
