It’s another round of, “What’s grilling Wednesday?!” Tonight I am prepping chicken tips for the grill. I use a simple marination recipe that is always so delicious and so easy. Three or four hours prior to grilling, I marinade the chicken in Soy Sauce and Ken’s Italian dressing and once ready to pop on the grill, I add pink Himalayan salt. It always comes out so Yum!! I tend to do a lot of the prepping for the grill and the sides and Rich does all the grilling in our household. We tend to do a lot of chicken and steak on the grill as it’s always delicious and always easy and of course these are good grilling staples for the warmer months.

Feel free to share with me as I always love to be able to share with you and gain new recipes and I hope I can give you some in return. Grilling is a bit different and a bit more on the easy side as opposed to the cooking recipes I was sharing during the winter months but aren’t we all about easy in the spring and summer months?! I know I am!
