Tonight on the menu, Rich is grilling surf n turfđŸŒ…đŸ€đŸ”„đŸ„©

It’s another round of “What’s Grilling Wednesday?” Tonight I prepped surf n turf for Rich to grill up, a simple and delicious; seasoned shrimp skewers and marinated steak tips. .

.

I prepped the steak and marinated about 5 hours prior in Ken’s Italian dressing, and a little salt and pepper, always simple delicious! As for the shrimp skewers, I peeled, washed and prepped with a simple rub including Old Bay Seasoning and Pink Himalayan Salt. I served the shrimp and steak with a light spinach salad and a rice pilaf.

I did not think we were going to be grilling tonight because there were thunderstorm warnings in the area however just as it was letting up we are able to squeeze it in. .
