Well an hour of St. Patrick’s Day tomorrow I figured what more appropriate meal plan to do a crockpot corn beef dinner. I also did up a homemade mac & cheese as a side. See below for the recipes:
Mac & Cheese:
What you will need:
2 Cups whole milk, 2 cups cheddar cheese, 2 cups of Parmesan cheese, 2 1/2 tablespoons of all purpose flour, half cup of butter, 1/4 cup Italian bread crumbs, salt and pepper.
Prep:
Preheat oven to 350. Boil and drain pasta.
in large skillet pan gradually whisk the cheese flour and milk and butter. Once sauce thickens pour over pasta in large pan, top with breadcrumbs and bake for 15 minutes.
Cornbeef
What you will need:
corn beef, carrots, onion, celery and cabbage,College in broth, one can of beer, Salt and Pepper.
Prep:
add corn beef and veggies into crock along with broth and one can of bear cook on low for 7-9 hours. Serve corn beef with veggies on side, pour broth over meat and mustard for dipping. Serve with favorite side. We did mac & cheese. ENJOY! HAPPY ST. PATRICK’S DAY! ☘️🍽🍻🌈
