Tonight on the menu; Drunken’ Garlic Crock pot roast 🌷🍲

In honor of the upcoming St. Patrick’s Day holiday, thought this would be a fun recipe to share and certainly a delicious one. Let’s just say, Rich went up for fourths tonight!

Here’s what you’ll need:

2 1/2lbs Boneless Beef trimmed of fat

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1⁄2 teaspoon salt

1⁄4 teaspoon pepper

1 onion

2 table spoons of garlic powder or fresh garlic

1⁄2 cup of water

1 can of beer

3 tablespoons brown sugar (cut back for a less sweet taste)

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon cider vinegar


Prep

Add roast to crock, water, can of beer, olive oil and all other ingredients. This roast you wanna let cook on low for several hours, ideally for 6-8hrs for most tender meat. Serve over egg noodle, or pasta or any kind of your favorite sides. ENJOY!
