Tonight on the menu cracked pepper petite fillet steak! 🥩❤️👩‍🍳💙🍴🇺🇸🥣👩‍👧‍👧

It‘s another round of “What’s Grilling Wednesday?!” tonight on the menu; Cracked Pepper Petitie Fillet Steak.

Here’s what you’ll need:

Olive Oil

Cracked Pepper

Sea Salt

Onion Powder


Prep:

Be sure to marinate the steak approximately four hours prior to grilling in. Grill for a total of 20 minutes rotate sides and let sit for 2-3 minutes before cutting.

This is an easy recipe and always really tasty. We typically cook the steak medium rare I certainly cook it to your liking. I served with a side of rice and salad. ENJOY!
