đŸ§ĄđŸ„˜đŸđŸ’›Tonight on the menu Cheesy Crock-pot Chicken

It’s another round of “what’s for dinner Wednesday” cooking with me! Tonight on the menu: cheesy crock-pot chicken. This is always a fave in this household and you can either go easy or heavy on the veggies. My littles are typically picky with veggies so I simplified and just used celery and onion.

Here’s what you’ll need:

Chicken, celery, onion, jasmine rice, a can of cream of mushroom and a can of cheddar broccoli soup and salt and pepper for taste.

Prep:

Empty 1 can of cream of mushroom and 1 can of cheddar broccoli into the crock. Also add one or two cans of water depending on how thick you would like it. Add 2 cups of chopped celary, 2 cups of onion and chicken. Simmer on high for at least 3 hours. A half hour prior to serving, add jasmine rice. Stir occasionally and add salt and pepper for taste. Serve with a side salad. ENJOY!

Feel free to share with me some of your favorite crock pot recipes.

Let’s share, let’s cook, let’s eat!
