Let’s have a little fun with the kiddos & mask up and quarantine our Elves...Here’s how we did....🎄

🎅🏼🎄Hi Friends!

One fun little mission we tackled while I was having some time at home with the girls was getting our elf ready for quarantine and masked-up! It was pretty easy peasy and if you’re interested in doing the same with your kiddos, here’s what you’ll need for this fun little task:

-scissors

-glue

-tissue paper

-string

-glass jar

I have informed Lyla a little bit about quarantining and though she doesn’t wholeheartedly understand, I treated this as a teachable moment with her and hopefully this can help to better understand. I simply took some tissue paper and cut out a square, stapled the square onto the string. I then put a little glue on the mouth of our elf to keep the mask in place (god knows he’s been through worse throughout the years 🤣) tied the string in the back of the head of the elf and tucked it up under the hat. Your mask is done! Next, I took a glass vase we had but a jar or really anything will do that you have around the house, put our elf inside and added some fun little decorative ornaments we had and put them inside the jar and then capped it with a little message on the front....And tada here you have your masked-up quarantined elf prepped and ready for his holiday appearance! Christmas 2020 at its finest here friends!!! Oh and for those kiddos that follow me here… It’s OK for us mamas to touch the elves but not you!! 😚😉 HAVE FUN!
