Tonight on the menu, lemon, butter, garlic chicken thighs over rice. This might be one of the easiest crock pot recipes I do. this is is an easy crock pot ”dump” and go for a busy winter day.
Here’s what you’ll need:
Package of chicken thighs
2 cans College Inon Broth
1whole lemon
half cup juice
half cup butter
one garlic clove
italian seasoning
garlic powder
salt & pepper
Prep:
Add two cans of College Inn broth, add chicken to base of pan, slice up one whole lemon, add half cup of lemon juice, half cup of butter, chop up garlic, seasoning, salt and pepper. Simmer on high for four hours and serve over white rice. Serve with a side salad. ENJOY!
