Itâs another round of, âWhatâs grilling Wednesday?!â On the menu tonight Iâm prepping Hawaiian rainbow chicken.
Hereâs what you need:
chicken thighs
assorted bell peppers
mushroom
red onion
pineapple
any other veggies you may want to use
For the marinade I do a half a cup of soy, a half a cup of teriyaki and 3 tablespoons of honey. Youâll need to marinade for about four or five hours prior to grilling, once marinated add the chicken and veggies to the skewers and add a dash of salt and pepper for taste. Served with a side of rice. ENJOY!
This is always yummy favorite in this household for the grill. Lyla likes it because itâs sweet and she loves the pineapple.
