Itā€™s another round of, ā€œWhatā€™s grilling Wednesday?!ā€ On the menu tonight Iā€™m prepping Hawaiian rainbow chicken.

Hereā€™s what you need:

chicken thighs

assorted bell peppers

mushroom

red onion

pineapple

any other veggies you may want to use


For the marinade I do a half a cup of soy, a half a cup of teriyaki and 3 tablespoons of honey. Youā€™ll need to marinade for about four or five hours prior to grilling, once marinated add the chicken and veggies to the skewers and add a dash of salt and pepper for taste. Served with a side of rice. ENJOY!


This is always yummy favorite in this household for the grill. Lyla likes it because itā€™s sweet and she loves the pineapple. Curious about any past recipes Iā€™ve made or wanting to share any with me would love to gain some new recipes for the grill this summer. Thanks to all that have shared with me this far!
