It’s another round of what’s for dinner Wednesday and tonight on the menu; Drunkin Crockpot Chicken Thighs.
Here’s what you’ll need:
Chicken Thighs
1 Can of Beer of your choice
Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper
Onion Powder
Prep:
Add Olive Oil to base of crock pot and then cover the bottom of crock chicken thighs drizzle salt, peppa and onion powder over chicken. Pour one can of any beer of your choice in. If Thawed cook on high 3-4 hours of frozen cook 4-6 hours. Serve over rice pilaf and a side salad or fave veggie. ENJOY!
