❄️💗🍲 Crock pot garlic and rosemary pork tenderloin

Tonight on the menu crockpot garlic and rosemary pork tenderloin. This is an easy crockpot “dump” cook and go on a busy day. This is always delicious on a cold night and a great comfort dish.

What you will need:

Pork tenderloin

College Inn Broth

Olive oil

Rosemary

Fresh Garlic

Olive Oil

Salt & Pepper

Prep:

Coat the base of the crock with a thin layer of olive oil salt pepper and a tea spoon of garlic powder. Slice the pork tenderloin all the way down but not all the way through the tenderloin as if you are making lines diagonally on it so the juices can get in to help cook it but don’t slice all the way through. This helps it to stay moist inside. Chop up a half a cup of garlic and add 2 teaspoons of rosemary. Simmer on high for at least two hours. Serve with a side of mac & cheese in your favorite veggie. We did sautéed broccoli tonight. ENJOY!
