Tonight on the menu it’s crockpot beef and pepper with a noodle and mushroom. This is a pretty easy recipe, super tasty and always delicious. My girls just loved it!
Here’s what you’ll need:
Beef broth, beef, 1 can or cream of mushroom, green pepper, white mushroom, 1 package of egg noodles.

Add broth to crock, add chopped peppers and mushroom and beef. Add in one can of cream of mushroom, salt, pepper and
I added some “everything bagel” seasoning for taste. Let simmer for 3-4 hours on high. A half hour before serving at egg noodles.
Serve with some Parmesan grated cheese and a side salad. Enjoy!
