It’s another round of; What’s for dinner Wednesday?!... Cooking with Courtney. Tonight on the menu I am making cheesy baked pasta with ground turkey served with a side salad. This is a quick easy recipe for my mom friends on the go or the perfect meal to make on those nights where you’ve had a long day and it’s always yummy.
Here’s what you’ll need: ground turkey, spaghetti, pasta sauce, two cans of cream of mushroom soup, mixed Italian shredded cheese. Preheat the oven to 350, boil the pasta, sauté the ground turkey, once prepped and ready start layering the pasta then the shredded cheese then a layer of cream of mushroom then a layer of ground turkey then a layer of sauce and keep layering until remainder of pasta is all in the baking pan. Bake for 15 minutes, serve with a side salad and enjoy!
